Christopher graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (a 2 year full time program) in Toronto in 1997. Previous to his Massage Therapy degree, he earned his 4 year Honours degree in Science from the University of Guelph. He is certified as an Integrated Lymphatic Drainage provider and successfully completed courses as a Complex Decongestive Therapist. This training allows Chris to specialize in the treatment of many forms of chronic lymphatic system swelling including sinus headaches. Chris offers a program of treatment specifically for post-cancer surgery lymphoedemas. Chris also is certified as a Myofascial Release Therapist in 2002 allowing him to deliver specialized treatment of work and sport injuries, chronic pain conditions, postural problems, jaw pain and offers a program of care for sports performance enhancement. Chris and his wife Tammy and daughters Natalie and Alyssa live in Ridgetown.
Stacey graduated from Lambton College in Sarnia after completing her secondary education at Ridgetown District High School. She has been in practice at McLauchlin Wellness Clinic since July 2012.
Stacey specializes in both therapeutic and relaxation massage. She has had further training in deep tissue massage as well as sports massage. She specializes in trigger point therapy when working with many types of injuries related to stress, work, and sports. Stacey also provides clients with stretching and strengthening exercises to help the client take an active role in their health.
Stacey plans on furthering her knowledge in Positional Release Therapy, and Myofascial Release Therapy
Halinka has dedicated her career specializing in assessments and treating a wide variety of conditions and injuries related to the muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems. Focusing assessments with orthopedic and functional testing allows the treatments to be effective in decreasing acute pain and treating the original cause. This allows treatments to be pro-active rather than re-active. Halinka’s experience includes traveling with varsity, national and Paralympic Swim teams as a therapist. Halinka participates in the Training in Power Academy, an energy based meditation system and is a Level I: The Prophet teacher. With her wholistic approach she is able to assist the athlete in competing at their best. Your treatment will include a comprehensive home-care program, educating you on how to heal your body.
Brittany graduated from Lambton College in Sarnia following the completion of the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Humber College in Toronto.
Brittany has additional training in therapeutic ultrasound and focuses on relaxation and trigger point therapy when working many types of injuries related to stress, work and postural problems.
