Each foot has over 1,000 nerve endings, 26 bones, 107 ligaments and 19 muscles.

What is Reflexology?

It is a focused technique directed at feet or hands. There are zones and reflexes of different parts of the body, which correspond to relate all parts, glands and organs of the entire body.

How does it work?

When the reflexes are stimulated, the body's natural electrical energy works along the nervous system to clear blockages in the corresponding zones. Reflexology sessions break up deposits, that interfere with the body's electrical energy and the nervous system.

Manipulating specific reflexes removes stress and helps the body to become calm and stress free. With stress removed and circulation enhanced, the body is allowed to return to a stateofcomfort and harmony.
